1. What can I post on the wall?
You can post your review on RADIANT which can include your photo and comment on how RADIANT Micro Max has worked for you and give it your rating.
2. Why post a review on the Radiant Wall?
By posting your review you have the opportunity to receive via SMS a unique code that you can enter at
www.fighttoughstains.com.au and be in with a chance to win $100,000* (Terms and Conditions apply).
3. Can anyone write a RADIANT review? Or do I have to part of the RADIANT program?
Anyone who is a member of Vibe Village can write a review. You do not have to be a part of the RADIANT Program to post a review. But as mentioned earlier you DO have to be a member of Vibe Village.
4. What is the 'Pick a Stain' all about?
You can choose which stain you think RADIANT will most help you remove. What washing stain challenge do you face the most?
5. Can anyone come and pick a stain that RADIANT helps them fight the most?
Yes. They do not need to be a member of Vibe Village to do this.
6. Can I get my friends to Pick a Stain that RADIANT will help them fight the most or is it only open to Vibe Village members?
Yes, anyone can “Pick a Stain”, not just Vibe Village members. Tell your friends as then they too have an opportunity to receive a unique code. Use the share button at the top of this page to send an email or simply tell your friends when you next see or speak with them.
7. Why do I 'Pick a Stain'?
By picking the Stain that Radiant Helps you fight the most you have the opportunity to receive via SMS a unique code that you can enter at
www.fighttoughstains.com.au and be in with a chance to win $100,000* (Terms and Conditions apply). Picking a Stain that RADIANT helps you fight the most also provides valuable feedback to RADIANT.
8. Can I receive more than one unique code?
No each individual can only receive one code. A code can be received by either completing a review (Vibe Village Agents only) or picking the stain that RADIANT helps you fight the most.
9. Are there unlimited number or codes available?
No there are a limited number of codes to be given away.
10. How will I know when the codes run out?
We will place a message on the Fight Tough Stains Review Wall advising people that the unique codes have all been used.
11. Where do I use the code that I receive on my phone?
12. When do postings to the wall close?
The posting of RADIANT reviews and the choosing of Stains to Fight will close on the 20th January 2010.
